Ticket terms & conditions

• For ticketed events every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
• Lake District Summer Music reserves the right to refuse admission to latecomers until a suitable break, or the interval.
• Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.
• Lake District Summer Music reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our venues or at any of our events.
• Dancing is not permitted in aisles and gangways.
• Cameras and recording equipment, etc. are not allowed in the auditorium.
• Babes in arms can only be admitted to family events.
• Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.
• Lake District Summer Music reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
• E-tickets must not be used more than once
• Tickets can only be sold by Lake District Summer Music or one of its authorised agents. Not complying will make this ticket void.
• Please check your booking carefully before completing your order as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges except under the following circumstances:
  1. 1) Should an event be cancelled (including due to Covid-19), audience members will be entitled to a full refund unless they choose to donate the price of their ticket(s) to the festival.
  2. 2) If a member of the audience is unable to attend through illness, we will happily credit the amount of affected tickets towards the next festival.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Comments and feedback are very important and help to improve the services delivered to all our customers. We encourage anyone who uses our services or facilities to comment on their experience and will respond in a professional, consistent, accurate and honest way. We will reply to customers using their preferred method of communication and aim to do so within 10 working days; if this is not possible customers will be kept informed.
